From Signage to Coffee Carts: Dplus Sign Advertising & DOTE Coffee Bar + Roastery

Even before DOTE Coffee Bar + Roastery has opened up its first ever location at the Clubhouse at Acropolis Loyola in October 18, 2025, Dplus Sign Advertising has been the dependable advertising and fabrication company that DOTE has continuously relied on to bring our concepts into a reality.
An Ongoing Partnership Bringing DOTE to Life
Months before DOTE first started serving their coffee and other beverages to the public, our team has gone through multiple advertising companies, until finally meeting with Krizel Maningas, the Managing Director of Dplus Sign Advertising company. Up to this day, we've kept an amicable partnership with Dplus to support our business ventures in finding more ways to share the good vibes.
DOTE enters Marikina and Cainta
As of today, DOTE opens its doors wide in two locations: The Clubhouse at Acropolis Loyola and Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall's Bowling & Billiards Center.
Prior to opening DOTE's first ever booth situated at Acropolis Loyola, Krizel has made multiple visits to collaborate with Liezel Magpoc, co-owner of DOTE, to discuss the appearance and necessities. It's taken Dplus approximately 4 weeks to finalize the signage, booth, and wallpaper before its grand opening in October 2025.
Several months later, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall would then become the next site.
Around mid-May 2026, both Dplus and DOTE visited Sta. Lucia Mall's Bowling & Billiard Center, which would then become the next official site. Krizel personally met with Liezel again to discuss the logistics and requirements needed. In just around 2 weeks, by the end of May, DOTE had its grand opening at Sta. Lucia Mall.
Good Vibes served at every occasion
Ever since the Clubhouse at Acropolis Loyola has opened, guests and residents have reserved the ballroom and function rooms available for celebrations. In turn, DOTE has had multiple instances where they've catered to parties.
People have approached us asking whether DOTE can cater to outside events. From there, it's prompted us to consider having a coffee cart available for to bring even more good vibes outside our locations.
DOTE contacted Dplus to help in conceptualizing and creating DOTE's first ever coffee cart for events.
Looking Forward to What's Next
It's only been less than a year since DOTE has first started serving its customers, and we're always looking for more opportunities to continue spreading the good vibes to everyone!
